PICK n PAY HORROR!!
Horrified disappointed and beyond furious is not even remotely coming close to what I have been dealing with, since the new ASAP APP update nevermind NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. First I didn't receive what I paid for, then paid for items that were suddenly out of stock which they only show you after you have paid for it. So they or there staff drivers or someone is *****ing my hard earned money. Still waiting on my phone call back since Saturday, 3 emails no response. But the best is 3 weeks for a refund to reflect in your account still waiting no communication nothing. I spend a lot of money with them through the App and then they ***** from you, no service, no NOTHING. And in short 3 weeks for a refund to your bank account do they pay the bank charges NO, do they give you credit for delivery because you need to re order your lost or ****** items. To me that's ***** and *****ing. I will never use them or shop at them ever again this has been BS and they don't care.
