Pick n Pay Home online
I ordered an item from Pick 'n Pay home online. The wrong item was delivered. I asked them to send a courier to collect it and give me a refund. The lady from Pick 'n Pay phoned me and said it would be done. It is now a week since the wrong delivery, and the parcel still has not been collected. Before that, I accidentally put 2 items in my cart for Pick 'n Pay home online instead of 1. None of the cancel buttons work, I even tried different browsers, all the same problem. It took me a month of emails to finally clear the cart. And then I received the wrong product. Worst service ever!

03 Feb 2023, 15:11Yes I still have issues. The wrong item is still here, as the courier still has not shown up to collect it as promised, so I still have not received my refund. The lady I spoke to on the phone, who promised to have it collected, is called Portia.
