Pick 'n Pay Herm****

I just spent 15 minutes in Pick 'n Pay Herm****, they have no teller at the cigarette counter, I had to watch the 2 teller run back and forth to go get cigarettes etc. making customers wait while they do so. Can they not just put a teller at the cigarette counter. And then the highlight..... she informs me (when eventually it is my turn) that Pick 'n Pay does not have ANY matches in stock.... Really !!! Oviously Pick 'n Pay is all about saving money and not about customer service.
