Pick n Pay Hemingways
Although I will continue shopping at Pick n Pay, I did receive some bad service from PnP Hemingways in East London. Bought 2 x 1kg boxes of Pronutro. Upon opening I found both boxes to have a terrible smell. I contacted PnP and they said the manager would call me back. He didn't. I contacted PnP again & my matter was escalated & manager was to call me. He still didn't. I eventually drove over 20km to the store in Hemingways, only to find that it had closed down yesterday. (31st July)
