PICK N PAY HELP SERVICE

I am sure Pick n Pay Hyper Montana is the best family store in South Africa. Unfortunately in the last few months I regularly found some items out of stock. Friday again there was no stock of swimming pool acid and Pic n Pay sweetners. I complained and at the end one of the staff referred me to Sonja Raath in management. She is friendly, professional, helpful with wonderful client relation skills. She promised and delivered all the items I could not find, at her own cost and time, at my home the same day!! Can any store better than that? If I had a similar business I would have recruited her for myself.
