Pick n pay Heidelberg Gauteng worst store ever

Pick n pay Heidelberg Victoria centre. Worst store. Placed online order on Mr D app. 11:43.. only to be delivered at 14:41and worst part didn't even get everything that I ordered. This is not acceptable.. Mr D delivered within 13 min from time collected.. but for pick n pay to take almost 3 hours to pick items is totally unacceptable . I have pictures of proof.
