Pick n Pay Heathway - not a good experience...

I wish to make a complaint against Pick n Pay - Heathway. First of all, there' was a disaster whilst trying to help a friend redeem her points your Smart Shopper did not work and was an unmitigated disaster, during this time, one of the staff who's name I believe was Angel, kept making out to me as if I did not know what was going on. Let me state for the record I work in an I.T related field and I myself also have a hobby in various technological branches. So generally when I can see something working in this regard it isn't. However the woman kept insisting that it was working when it was not. This went on for quite a while with two separate machines and eventually I was told that there was indeed a problem. I as a customer insulted by her attitude. To top of the matter I bought sweet potatoes which were advertised as being 19.99 (with the deduction with the Smart Shopper card of - R2.50 it should have come to R17.49 however when it was scanned it came up as R21.99 minus R2.50 so I paid R.19.49 R2 than what I was supposed to. I have had this experience with Pick n Pay and in particular this store numerous times. Their pricing ate always out of line with the product being advertised. All I can say is carry on Pick n Pay with having these issues that are never sorted out. I will just take my business elsewhere as the standard of Pick n Pay is falling rapidly behind some of the other retail stores. Certainly my experiece does not encourage me to buy my groceries from this establishment in the future.
