Pick n Pay health risk

I have now complained 5 times to Pick n Pay about staff not wearing masks in their Kyalami on Main store. The store manager himself walks around with his mask around his chin. I have also personally taken this up with him on 2 occasions. It seems as if Head Office don’t give a **** and couldn’t be bother to rectify this. The only response I ever get is an apology and they will look into it. How many times do I need to complain before action is taken?? How many people’s health need to put at risk before someone gets fired?? I will never shop at this store again and am telling everyone I come in contact with about this total disregard for their clientele
