Pick n Pay Hayfields worst service Tyme bank and cashier

This morning I went to Pick n Pay Hayfields in Pietermaritzburg,I had the worst experience in my life.I had someone called me last week saying that I have used my Tyme bank card at Hollowood bets and he gave me all my card numbers etc on the phone and asked me for my details which I immediately knew it was a ****. So today when I went to Pick n Pay Hayfields the girl at the Tyme bank kiosk assisted me and than she told me to deposit R100 in my account for a new card as it costs R75,she than gave me some codes to follow on the phone and was told to go to the Cigarette kiosk to make payment, the casher there told me that I can only pay cash only and I did not have cash on me and I than looked at the lady from Tyme bank and said you did not tell me I have to pay cash, she than rep**** oh I thought cash only that what you had but she never asked me cash or card.(So do Pick n Pay only accept cash now. She than was very rude and than ignored me and said its not her fault or her problem,neither did the cashier also at this time being rude and said only cash I need to go to the ATM and withdraw money. I said to her why must i do that and she than walked off as I left and asked for a store manager which they refused and I told her and the tyme bank lady that I was going to report them and she said I must go and do it she does not care and she wants the money as she is going to be short now. These were the most rudest unhelpful Pick n Pay employees I have ever come across.I now have to drive from Hayfields to Victoria road to get my card sorted and not happy about it.
