Pick ‘n Pay Hayfields stole my money

Sunday(10th of December at about 08:05) encountered Terrible service at Pick ‘n Pay Hayfields. Paid for eggs and in the middle of the transaction their system rebooted and I received a bank notification that the sum of the transaction has been deducted from my account but they wouldn’t let me walk out with the eggs I had just bought stating the transaction will reverse and I should pay again
