Pick n Pay Hatfield

Pick n pay Hatfield staff is the worst I had two encounter with one particular staff member who was extremely rude both time she assisted me.

The first time I asked her about a special they were running in the store she just looked at me me with a straight face check the in one of her paper and without any confirmation she started scanning my items the I proceeded to ask then she looked at me and asked for my points card I asked again she rolled her eyes and said yes after she was does scanning my item,as I thought that was the end of it ..on my way home I noticed my eggs where falling out the package and two of them broke as I opened my plastic bag I saw she packed my eggs upside-down.

I went there a going last Saturday and unfortunately I was sent her till,and when I got there she was busy chatting to a customer she assisted previously I stood there for 2 minutes,I ended up asked if she was done with her or if I should go to another till and she responded rudely and a straight face and said yeah we are done and still continue to chat with the other person...I'm in disbelieve of how such a rude person can be allowed to assisted customers on a daily basis.

Unfortunately I don't know what her name is as they don't were name tag I only know she was working on till no 4 on Saturday @14:52 and slip say she is cashier 3 NC06. I hope she is reprimanded and has better attitude next time she's not doing us a favor by doing her job. We spend money in that store
