Pick n Pay has rude delivery people

Just had the worst experience with a driver of the delivery app. I honestly don't understand the meaning of door to door if the driver will want me to walk down from my apartment all the way to the gate. Then what is the point of ordering online. On top of that he refused to wait, told me he'd return the food to the store. I'm appalled
