Pick n Pay has poor service and the lairs too

Pick n Pay QualiSave in Protea Boulevard Soweto I bought a 2 plate stove two months ago and when I bought the stove I was told the stove has 24 months warrant and if it stop working I should bring it back with slip as proof. One of the plate on the stove stop working this month and its only 2 months, I took the stove back to the shop and I was told that I abusive the stove by one of the staff, That lady never checked the stove she just looked at it and said that.

I then asked what is a purpose of an warrant that you gave me ? she could asked insisted she gave me attitude. I went back home and called the store to ask to speak to the manager and the manager did not even know what to say insisted he said he will call me back till today I am still waiting for his and I need a fixed stove or another stove.
