Pick n Pay has degraded standards.

I've been a loyal customer of pick n pay for such a long time and one of the reasons was because of their rain check policy. I knew that even if the store ran out of stock, I would request a rain check and for that I don't have to drive around to different stores. It was very convenient. I downloaded the ASAP app and ordered the pampers special and it was out of stock and I thought let me go to the store and when I got to Pick n pay Mall of Africa, there was no stock either and the merchandisers didn't also know when they going to receive any, I than thought as usual let me get a rain check and will return some other time. As I got to the customer service desk the store manager who is a tall well - build Indian man told me that they don't offer rain check. I than asked as of when and he didn't answer. I just left the store annoyed. I than decided to call the customer service to enquire and I was told that the manager has the discretion to provide the rain check. From that day on I don't bother myself anymore. I requested a refund on the ASAP App and deleted it as well because it just not useful anymore.
