Pick n pay harrismith poor service

Visited the pick n pay branch on the 11th of april 2025 in harrismith .i went to the the first cashier .i placed my basket of items on the counter .the cashier then told me to the empty the basket.i then asked is it my job or her job to do it .she then told me its my job and started laughing and told me somethint in zulu.this was very disturbing as their salary come from us the customers .i will never visit the store again or refer anyone .Very poor service from such a big store .There is camera footage of the incident as well .
