Pick and Pay Elsies River halt road. I am very disappointed in their service . Everytime I want to make a withdrawal at your tills it's a issue. Why ? Went there recently to make a cash withdrawal and had the worst experience with the cashier Zizipho Phillips and her " supervisor" Kona . Kona is the slowest person in that shop , how she's in management blows my mind . She walks on her own time , helps on her own time as well . How she got promoted only god knows . Please speak to your staff because this isn't the first time I have issues regarding cash withdrawals . Yes there's a Nedbank Atm outside but I'm banking with Capitec and I came to your store thinking I'll be helped because it's advertised that you can make cash withdrawals at Tills . I'm tired of feeling anxious and nervous when I go there because it's not a nice experience EVERY SINGLE TIME . Only person I'm inpressed by so far has been Malima . I love when she gets to helps me
