Pick n pay Groceries Ilanga mall

Today 13/12/24 I went to Pick n pay groceries Ilanga Mall to buy Energy drinks for my Staff

I Felt so embarrassed and stupid in front of other customers by the cashier Ellah Dube on the slip but Name badge shows different name I'm still confused on that Name start with Z but Till slip shows different name time 15:04 till no. 6 reff 789604 I'm so dissapoited

I am the Store Manager but to be asked to thank a cashier is totally Other way around for Me ...She asked Me to say thank you to her for doing a re-print for Me and on top I was still in the call had to end my call and Focus on her as she was talking and saying I must say thank you I was confused as to thank her for what for re printing docket or for shopping I asked her she did again said it you must thank me and I was like no no Sister I can't do that unfortunately and she says next time or in future you must thank me ohhh ohk Two supervisors were around I had a chat with them explaining that I feel so stupid and embarrassed now as I'm lost if I'm a customer here or an employee I was lost like is this how You guys operation like you doing a favour for Me no no i had options to buy But unfortunately i choose pick n pay as always but today no no i dont think we will buy in that store anymore i mean in this festive time all stores need to maximize sales its almost Christmas and having such behavior from staff you will miss sale's Pick n pay watch out ...and she kept on talking one member from supervisor asked her not to respond but she kept on talking and that raised att that she is not even listing to supervisors and who am I .also mentioned that I have poor customer service like jheaaa who is the Customer here that lady Is full of attitude that needs attention you can not have such behavior this time of the year.I also Phoned and inform store manager . I want her to come In my Store and apologize we in the same Mall they know where to find Me .I felt so embarrassed in front of other customers .and for the fact that She saw my name badge and Title and mentioned that I have a poor customer service she must come to my Store she will see the Different between customer and employee trust Me Sister you disrespected Me and I don't think I will Shop in your Store Again
