Pick n Pay Greenstone mall horrible customer service By Ricky

What a horrible experience with Pick n pay in Greenstone I bought a kettle there on 31/03/2025 now the kettle is not working when I get there the lady with grey her/braid was rude to me telling me that I can't exchange the kettle , then she called another lady that works with appliances indian lady I forgot her name , she told me they can't exchange the kettle they have to book it mind you the kettle is still under warranty, then I asked them to call the manager , they called Ricky old who doesn't know what a customer is ,he told me I must always buy a second kettle incase other kettle is not working honestly I will never buy there ever again and now they telling me that I must wait for 14 days without a kettle, my. Kidz in the morning they won't drink coffee before they go to school,even myself can't stay a day without a coffee honestly I'm hurt by that guy called Ricky I need him to apologize to me .my name is Thokozani ***
