Pick 'n Pay Greenstone Mall deliver damaged goods

Pick 'n Pay Greenstone Mall delivered a damaged fridge. It is bent on both sides and scratched on the one side. The delivery was also 2 hours late. Part of the fridge is also scratched at the front side where the water dispenser is. They are selling damaged goods to the public as brand new. This is the second time this has happened. I do not think it is the delivery company as the fridge was packed in styrofoam and was closed up properly.
