Pick n Pay Greenstone hyper your customer care department they are rude and talk to customers in an unprofessional way🤬🤬🤬🤬

I went at pick n Pay greenstone hyper today on the 23rd November the ladies at customer care refused to give me rain check saying that they don't give caincheck for goods on special. I asked them to show me where is it written they showed me on a special starting on the 25th to 28th November and I wanted them to show me for the special that started on the 22nd to 24th November they didn't have the pamphlet that I wanted the showed sometime different not the same as the one I had on my phone. The ladie is red uniform was so rude that she was even shouted at me I had to ask her to respect me and talk to me nice...

She was busy complaining to her colleagues that she is working they thing she doesn't have a life she went on and on complaining while I was standing ther untill her friend told her that I want reincheck 🤔she didn't have my time. I'm so disappointed 😞and sad at the same time,I see people posting on Facebook that the got rainchecks for pampers from your other branches but greenstone hyper refused to give me one.
