Pick 'n Pay Graanendal has THE WORST SERVICE!!

I went to buy some basic groceries at 14:30. I was looking for 500ML cream....out of stock so I went on for the next item on my list, chicken breasts. Although they had on the shelves, IT WAS EXPIRED!!! What the hell?!?!?

I also wanted to buy a energy drink..... but the fridge did not have what should be there and it was a mess. My two son's where with me and on my way to the till, I wanted to buy them each and ice cream..... What a joke! The one fridge was empty and the second one, was low on stock.

The floor managers are no where to be seen and the service is slower than the office at internal affairs.

You have to scream for help at the food section, because the staff that is working behind the counter, are not there, or finishing their conversation with their colleague before they assist you.

Just the icing on the top, while I stood at the till, I wanted to buy some electricity. They couldn't even do that, because when I wanted to give my meter number, the person behind the till, were pushing the wrong buttons, so I had to stand there for 7min, just for them to fix it. I don't know how they are still in business?!?!?!? Their employees are lazy and unhelpful and their managers are ***********. I'm done! My 10 year old can manage that Pick 'n Pay, better than the current managers. You will NEVER see me going back to Pick 'n Pay Graanendal again. I will not recommend anyone to go there.
