Pick n pay got no honner in their words just n plain i am so sorry

Must tell all the people how lame pick n pay coustomer care are wish their was a platform to complain about the rude and unprofesional the coustomer care of pick n pay is . All they can do is say i am sorry after promices was made by their managers in their stores after a month with no feedback had to go back to ask what happend to your promice and then O i am so sorry. What happend to my word is my honner or did they just dont warry anymore
