Pick n Pay Goodwood mall.Pathetic service

I visited Pick n Pay Goodwood Mall on Wednesday afternoon.I got to the store at around 5H30pm.On arrival,the first thing that highly frustrated me was the fact that there was not ONE basket or trolley available in order to put my groceries in,hence me having to wait a further 10 minutes.Not one staff member assisted in helping trying to get a basket or trolley,a customer eventually brought his basket and trolley to the entrance.Then while doing my shopping,I came from one isle in to the other where 2 ladies where busy cleaning the floor with those machines,she shouts at me to walk the other way,not where they were cleaning,and also tells me that the store is closing.I said to her that the store is NOT closed and i actually walked into the shop when the doors were wide open.That was the 1nd incident.Then the 3rd incident was when i walked into the isle where the sauces and pastas etc is,as i can into the isle with my trolley,one of the staff members was sitting packing shelves,he looked at me ,refused to move out the way,i could not get past as there were customers next to me and was not able to pass.I politely said excuse me and he gave me a dirty look.As i walked past,another customer told me that as i walked past me,he swore at me,she heard it herself. Now,I work for a bank,i provide a service and I know that i need to provide excellent customer service at all times to the customers.HOW can you allow people like that to work for your organisation? It is absolutely unacceptable and if i do not hear feedback on this matter,i will be taking it even further that this,because this is not the first time ive recieved bad service at that particular pick n pay.I am disgusted!!
