Pick n Pay gone rotten

The supervisor and her staff are mean. They saw an old man standing in a kiosk because he was having less than 5 items and they didn’t tell him that there’s no one working there and he should join a long queue.

When I got there and asked them if there’s anyone working at the kiosk as I joined him. They didn’t want to look at me until I got eye contact with another till operator who then told me that there’s no one.

While the old man left the shop angry; they laughed about and not showing being considerate to a customer. I am sad to see that my once favourite retail has gone this way.

I had one day working with complains about how they work without till packers on the 15th and they are busy but hours and employees ain’t authorised to be many during the month except the last day. I so wanted to support them and send their complaint to head office but this ********* behaviour made me prefer buying elsewhere.

Having my iPhone lost at the shop within 4 months after buying it in 2021, though caught on camera no support was given to recover it.
