Pick n Pay going Downhill
I went to the Boksburg Hypermarket this morning to buy the Sea Harvest fish that they advertised on special. The shelf was empty. 9:15 am. I asked a floor supervisor for assistant and he called a man working in that department. The gent said he would go fetch from the storeroom. After waiting almost an hour with a 9 year old child, I spoke to another floor supervisor, who took me to see the General Manager, who, surprise was no where to be found, and did not even answer his phone when she tried to phone him.
It was now 11am, so I left my trolley with the supervisor, and walked out. As a loyal Smart Shopper, who has been shopping from Pick n Pay for almost 50 years (ever since the Hypermarket was built), this type of service is unacceptable and will cause me to shop elsewhere.
