Pick n Pay Glen Curve poor service

The service at Pick n Pay Glencurve in Edenvale is dreadful. There are never enough tills open - I waited in line for more than 10 minutes to pay for 2 items because there were only 2 tills open. This wasn't a once-off event, it happens almost every time I go there. The only reason I go there is because the Spar is being revamped. The staff are friendly enough but have obviously had no customer service training.
