Pick n Pay gives false advertising, and ****** you out of your promotion.

Very disappointed in their service. False advertising. They advertised the Johnny Walker Whiskey pack with 2 glasses, but only delivered the Whiskey. After numerous emails they only reply with...... it was an mistake on the online site, but after 3 weeks that same special was still on. I mailed them an photo of that, but since then no reply. To me it seems the staff takes the glasses, in this case. Then only say it was an mistake on their side. REALLY, YOU KEEP THE SAME MISTAKE ON YOUR SITE FOR WEEKS AFTER MY COMPLAINT.... Shocking.. A week ago I also followed up on the complaint, no reply yet.

Calling their customer service is a mess! No one is ever available? Sion van Rensburg replies to the email, when he feels like it. It looks however its just copy and paste, not interested in helping.

This service is absolutely pathetic and I hope no one uses this app and puts themselves through the most unpleasant experience!

I honestly don't know what is worse between the app or the staff!
