Pick 'n Pay George non existent Black Friday and poor management

This PnP is the worst I've ever been in. George, Knysna Road. The specials are not clearly marked. Once at till point, only 5 tellers open and a long que of people. Once we stood their for an hour, the que barely moving we discovered the smart shopper rewards was offline. No one had the decency to tell us and when I requested to see management he/ she never came. The teller informed us we could proceed to purchase our items without the use of smart shopper rewards. What was the point then?, we would thus not get the discount. I then informed the lady eventually attending to my complaint to rather inform the customers coming in of the problem so that they also do not waste their time. She shrugged it off and stated it would go online again, after I waited more than one and a half hours. No respect for their customers and don't give a damn about their customers. Pathetic!
