Pick n pay gave bad services

I bought a roast beef and two packets of coleslaw and other groceries and I uberd as soon as I fi ished and I am a pentioner i got home and I immediately put my coleslaw in the fridge and my roast in the deel freezer and then Christmas day i took the coleslaw out to make it and it was brown and the roast I have put it in the oven and it looked nice and then lunch time they cut the meat and we dished for the kids first and they ate of the and their stomachs were sore and then we ate of it and we tasted that it was off and I took it back to the shop the next day the called the Manger then he said to me that the coleslaw has to be out of the fridge only for 7mins and you don't even stand in the line for seven minutes they only gave my money back that is all. But tht is all and I am disabled and I had to take Uber and I looked so forward to the meat and coleslaw.
