Pick n pay gaslighting customers over refunds

Pick n pay ASAP refuses to refund my hard earned money!

Pick n pay ASAP owes me for 3 separate transactions which they failed to refund me. It's like im dealing with a tuckshop, that's how disgusting this whole situation is.

My bank has confirmed that Pick n pay ASAP has infact NOT refunded me. Yet the consultant blatantly **** and tried to gaslight me into believing that they did checks into their system and are not at fault.

Are you guys so much in trouble that you've resorted to *****ing? Flip!

My bank has confirmed that you banked my money and ive attached the conversation with the bank agent but yet you still pocket my money.

What kind of bullying is this. I want my money and you have it. What kind of abuse and dishonesty is this? I was almost lacking energy to pursue this matter but then I thought hai man!!! ******* need to be reported. Im going to do all the research i can and im going to write to the right people and im not going to let it go. Im going to want reimbur*****t for your inconvenience thievery, lying, my time and initial moeny owed. I will have the last laugh. Slowly but surely im going to get my money back.
