Pick n pay Gardens disappointed me with my order

Today around 8:30 - 9, I ordered some groceries at Pick n pay Gardens , Mill Str Gardens Cape Town VAT number: *** Liquor license: WCP ***41 with the Picknpay ASAP app. My order was successfully received and the driver collected my order to get it delivered to me so I was tracking the order (drivers movement to my suprise as I was waiting outside for my delivery the driver never arrived at my address but it showed that the driver is outside but he was not at my address and after some minutes delivery status changed to unavailability of the customer (undelivered) but my question is how because i was outside this whole time. Did the driver come to my correct address? Or did he do this intentionally?

Picknpay ASAP disappointed me.

And now when i try reaching to them they telling me that the order will be taken back to the store and I will be refunded my money and that refund will take 3-4 working days but how as I wanted what I purchased now, what will I be eating this whole weekend?
