Pick n Pay Garden Centre is on auto pilot

The Garden Centre Pick n Pay was recently refurbished however the management is non existent. There is hardly a day that passes where my items are charged correctly. When there is a problem at the till, the cashier shouts down the aisle for help. This happened again today and eventually the cahier left her desk to search for help leaving the customers stranded. How about having a bell or giving the cashier some airtime to make a call. This is just unacceptable behavior. There is no more customer service desk. The one employee at the kiosk will shout down the aisle for Natalie if there is a refund needed. When today there was no response another customer offered to look for Natalie herself. This store seems to be on auto pilot as it is badly run and customer service is almost non existant.
