Pick n Pay *****

I purchased a pack of yellow dusters (Pick n Pay house brand). The packaging clearly states (3 pack; 33x33cm). To my disappointment there were only 2 dusters as opposed to the stated 3. This is gross misrepresentation on Pick n Pays part, as well as *****. It just makes me wonder if this is done purposefully or if it was a packaging mistake, either way I feel like I have been taken for a ride.
