Pick n Pay fourways mall management response so uncalled for

It’s 13:26 and it’s lunchtime only 2 tills open at Pick n Pay Fouways mall. When I asked the supervisor Miss Mokgadi Malaka in charge at the moment why only 2 tills open at lunch rush hour she simply said “Ohh we are also on lunch”. So customers must just see to finish with the queue.
