Pick 'n Pay fourways crossing - perfect employee

I am a regular shopper at Pick 'n Pay - Fourways crossing, Johannesburg. I have to pay the greatest compliments to the Customer Services Manager - Prudence Dioke. Whenever you enter the store she is always smiling, always so welcoming and even tho she is a manager she doesn't mind going the extra mile for the customers - I went to buy coconut last week and there wasn't any on the shelve, so i asked her for it, she went to the back to look for it and came out with a whole box, I took what i needed and then she proceeded to pack the shelve with the rest - I was so impressed that the manager didn't feel like it was below her to pack the shelve, she even assists in the queues, to enure that the lines are moving along swiftly.

I would really like to thank her for such amazing service, friendliness and professionalism, she is a true example of how customer services and all staff members including managers, should carry themselves out.
