Pick 'n Pay - Follow up of 2 weeks old complaint

Good morning, please refer to my complaint re my order# *** delivered 2 weeks ago! I am waiting for a PROMO CODE as a refund for 2 X C***** Low Fat 2 L that went sour. I logged a complaint via HelloPeter and after various communications, phone calls & emails, I am still waiting. This is rather ddisgusting that a well known company like P 'n P takes 2 weeks and can't resolve a simple issue of 2 bottles of sour milk. This is very poor customer service. Maybe I much approach the media or Consumer Complaints to get results. For sure will I never use your ASAP service ever again. Regards. Cobus Lubbe
