Pick n pay festival mall

Pick n pay festival mall refused to give me sassa money after I stood in a long queue when I Get to the cashier by the name of annah she told me they don't hv sassa money so I must go to the express queue again and I explained I'm on lunch break .. How is that possible?is there money that's called sassa money..these people must stop acting like they came to the interview with money pls we are their customers n they must treat us like customers.. IM so angry at the fact that the money is for sassa doesn't mean I must be treated unfairly please see to this and help stop such behavior because it results in angry customers who will eventually retaliate and won't be able to be stopped
