Pick 'n Pay faulty Animal cards

Everybody knows of the mishap with the wrong information on the recent PnP animal cards. Well after telling the public to either contact them or taking the cards to a shop for exchange that was where it ended for us. There was no response from their customer care email platform. My local PnP hiper in brackenfell had no cards to exchange after several telephonical enquiries and physical visits to determine availability. The Facebook platform of PnP requested my phone number and it ended there. I still have the cards with the wrong information.

Good day Johan,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
The Super Animals promotion ended on the 04/06/2017 and was subject to stock availability.
We have passed this onto our regional team to check on availability.
Kind Regards

I would like to thank Mrs Fritz from Pick n Pay Head office in Kenilworth, Cape Town for the great service. She phoned me to arrange a delivery of the replacement Animal cards.
