Pick n Pay Family Store Parow - Pharmacy

Today was my 1st visit to the Pick n Pay Family Store Parow Pharmacy for a consultation at their Clinic and my experience with the Nurse on duty at 10:50 was most unprofessional. When I spoke to the "Administration Manager" named Jean Pieters relaying my concern to her; she was even Worse! No sense of Customer Care Relations. And I was charged for a fee that wasn't made known to me from the get-go of the consultation. They're too comfortable with the way they treat their clients/patients according to the colour of one's skin. I'll never go there again. Mr Owner of the above mentioned store; get your staff properly trained!
