Pick n Pay Family Douglasdale Worst Service Ever

To say I'm disgusted would be an understatement. I've been coming to this PicknPay for years, Staff at this store have such an attitude. The Senior Manager Lucky Baloyi was Very rude and unfriendly. He causes a scene in front of other customers and colleagues, he has no respect what so ever tells us we can do what he does not care. Query - The price on the package was not correct which is false advertising. We inquired about it with the teller and she went to go and check and advised that we were indeed correct. She then went to go and call her manager - Mr. Lucky Baloyi - who approached us very rudely and did not even bother to greet us and immediately started fighting., very unprofessionally, customer service and people skills needed. I will never visit this store again, my respect has been degraded.
