Pick n Pay falsely advertised Black Friday deal on a Samsung washing machine

We purchased a Samsung washing machine ( model no. WW90T3040BS) on the 26/11/21 Black Friday , which Pick n Pay advertised on their catalogue with a samsung promotion 'Buy & Get R3000 voucher' . We tried registering on the Samsung website but it wasnt going through. I called Samsung today 29/11/21 to find out why and I was informed that this is not one of the participating product and that Pick n Pay needs to resolve this. I then called the Pick n Pay customer care and I was told that there's nothing they can do and I should go back to Samsung as this is their promotion. I made another call to Pick n Pay head office in Durban and I was transferred to the store. The store is not responsible for the adverts so they couldn't assist me either.

Pick n Pay needs to resolve as this is their error. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me asap.
