Pick n Pay - false policies?!

I wrote to Pick n Pay via their website on 18 December 2018 to complain that although they advertise their policy of double the difference (if a product scans at the incorrect price to the signage on display they will give you back double the difference) their Walmer Park store does not follow through with this policy. I asked for feedback in this regard and got a confirmation email from pick n pay saying they will get back to me shortly. It is now 26 December 2018 and to date NO response from Pick n Pay. They seem to like to advertise things and not follow through with them and offer a complaint line to them but then ignore you. SHOCKING!!!
