PICK N PAY :FALSE ADVERTISING. CAN'T PUT THEIR MONEY WHERE THERE MOUTH IS.

I find that putting a promotion on and not abiding by what is in print is nothing other than false advertising.

As a Springbok supporter I was very excited about the promo and that if you buy certain products you could get bonus packs. So after going through the Pick n Pay pamphlet I maximized getting packs even changing from some favorite brands to get extra packs. Only to be disappointed by management of the branch to be told the system says and when you prove them wrong they can not fix the problem.

After a phone call the top management refuses to rectify the problem. Because the system says.

So no other way to state this is an issue., as I would say this is false advertising. If it happe s to o e person it definitely is happening to other.

This is the most disappointing experience ever.
