Pick n pay false advertising

Pick n pay ASAP advertised a Klipdrift premium gift set with limited edition wireless earphones, so I ordered. When I received my order, the box was open and no headsets, so I call to report it and they just collect it with no investigation. So I tried ordering it again, in hopes of getting what was advertised, guess what. I just got back what was returned, same opened box just in a new paper bag..
