Pick n Pay False advertising

We bought a Pacer Combi Pack that was on special during Black Friday, on the 25th of November. At the shop the "free" leaf eater was not in the box and we were told head office send them these packs and they can't do anything about it. Locked a complaint telephonically, but still nothing. Email received on Monday: Service Request has been completed. Your call with reference *** HEADQUATERS TRANSFER - *** has been completed. Nothing has been done or completed.
