pick n pay fails again

Pick n Pay recently had a promo here if you purchased over R500 you scratch and win, I won a 2litre coke and 200g choice associated just for the store to be out of stock when I went to claim and I later tried via the asap app but was told I cannot use the voucher prize on the app, when that was the platform I obtained the prize on. None the less, back to checkers I will go, Pick n Pay, check my profile you lost a valued customer
