The absolute worst shopping experience at this store. The staff are unfriendly and couldn't be bothered to great customers or assist them. I have had so many unpleasant experiences at this store, that I dred having to do any shopping here at all, and only go in if I absolutely have to. There is never a manager to be found to make a complaint, and if your lucky enough to find one, they never do anything about a complaint anyway. Our cashier today (Rose MoipoMangwane) was rude, and sulked through our entire. While talking the entire time to the packer. Unaware that my husband could understand a lot of what she was saying about us. She snatched the clothing items out of my daughters hands and complained that they were not put down on the dirty counter, unaware my husband could understand what she was saying. It is shocking that Pick n Pay would hire someone who would be so blantetly rude and disrespectful to customers. DO BETTER PICK N PAY! Checkers Atterbury Value Mart, is always a pleasure to shop at, the staff are happy and helpful, the cashiers are smiling and friendly. Pick N Pay faerie glen should take a leaf out of checkers book, and maybe consider training their staff on customer service and being friendly to the people spending money in the store. Before putting them in a customer facing positions, like working on the tills.
