Pick n Pay *****

I have been struggling to get my refund from Pick n Pay for 13 days after they failed to provide me with a service I had paid for. I have reached out to them on all their platforms and have not heard anything back. A week ago I wrote a review on here and got a call from Adrian Louw who **** about my refund being processed as a matter of urgency and promised to get back to me to confirm when the payment would reflect on my account. I have not received any feedback from him and he now is ignoring my emails. I just want my money back!
