Pick N Pay Eyethu Mall Orange Farm Worst Customer Service

Pick N Pay Orange farm Eyethu Mall has the worst staff and security working there. Yesterday I tried buying 5 items from the shop, went to que at the Kiosk only to be told by security that I need to que with people pushing grocery trolleys waiting to pay for more than 10 items. I then asked for a manager only to be given a random guy working there trying to sort out the matter which he didn't even sort it out. Security there rules over management, worse there was not even social distancing and I had to choose to leave the items I wanted to buy and take them back to the food hot tray at the deli. Now tell me if someone who has corona and didn't know touched the food and took it back again wouldn't that be reckless and an infection spread to other people? few weeks back security refused me entry because I was wearing a buff instead of mask isn't the two serving the same purpose? I'm annoyed at the service been given to us community members at that pick n pay thinking that we don't use platforms like "Hellopeter".
