Pick n Pay eyethu mall altercation with Vusimuzi.

I logged a complaint on the 04th of September regarding this store which is situated at Eyethu Mall in orange farm and to date no one came back to me. Instead I then took an initiative to go back to the store to find out why they are not reverting back to me and guess what? The same person who i had a terrible service from told me he got an email from head office and then didnt bother to call me cos he deemed it unnecessary!! I have never in my entire life experience such pathetic, unprofessional, ********* service from retail like that store in eyethu mall orange farm. Previously I never had his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag but now I do but I am also thinking of taking this further because this stupid store wont revert back to me..as for Vusimuzi(complaint against), he was so positive when speaking to me it was as if he knows that no one will attend to my altercation except him. I think I'll go to ombudsman and also go to newspapers and use all mediums to make sure the pathetic service is known by everyone!!!!
